Custom Order Policy

Non-Refundable Merchandise

Custom Order merchandise is NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the special nature of these items being made to order, we unfortunately cannot cancel the items once they have entered production. Custom Orders require a deposit (50% for furniture, accessories, and lighting, 75% for window treatments, 100% for fabric). Orders will not be processed without the appropriate deposit. The balance due (if any) must be paid before the delivery or pick-up can be scheduled.

Arrival dates for Custom Order items are ESTIMATES and are subject to change (due to fabric shortages, production delays, shipping delays, etc.). Cancellations of Custom Orders due to such delays will not be accepted.

Delivery Time

The delivery time begins when the order is placed with the manufacturer and the deposit has been received and cleared. We will do our best to see that your order arrives on time; but due to factors beyond our control, the delivery date given to you is only an “approximate” date and could change.

Canceling Your Order

Once we process your deposit and place the order with our supplier, it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
