Return Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. In the case of a return that is made within 10 days of the purchase date, a store credit will be issued. Store credit is not subject to a refund. Merchandise that is eligible for return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee with a manager’s approval.

In the case of clearance merchandise, those items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. Clearance merchandise is sold AS IS. All sales are final.

Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. Please refer to our Custom Order Policy for more information.

Any item that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way is not eligible for return.
