Drawing inspiration from the delicate ornamentation of a British console table (1765) by the architect Robert Adam (British, 1728–1792) and the craftsman Sefferin Alken (Danish, active 1744, died ca. 1783) for the mansion known as Croome Court in Worcestershire, England, c our table features an antiqued white finish and marble top.
